WHAT IS 5 DAYS OF HOLISTIC PRACTICE?
A layer of practice to add on to your regular fitness routine that will give more meaning to your workout, more purpose to your day, and better results in your life.
We’ll be taking your workout to the next level, or actually, we’ll bring your workout deeper into who you are because this is how you make lasting change. To see and feel the results you’re after takes time, and requires practice every damn day. There is no quick fix! But once you create the foundation of the Holistic Practice, you’ll have the tools and techniques in place; you’ll know exactly what you must do. Then you do it!
HOW LONG IS IT?
5 days total. Each day, the practice takes about 10 minutes on top of your regular exercise routine. Ten minutes! Such a small investment to get the results your after, and make lasting change.
HOW DO I DO IT?
You continue with your regular exercise routine. So if you run, you’ll run each day. If you go to fitness classes,
you go to your classes. If you workout at home, you’ll do that. The only exception is DAY 3 which is a rest day
from your regular exercise routine. On DAY 3 plan for 10 minutes of the Holistic Practice only.
Each morning, I will email you the exercises for the day (a 5 minute movement practice, and a 5 minute guided meditation)
along with instructions on how to enhance your regular exercise routine.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THIS IS FOR ME?
- If you exercise regularly, but can’t seem to lose the weight.
- If your sleep is disrupted, and you lie awake worrying.
- If you have a hard time concentrating; your mind feels like it’s all over the place.
- If you feel inhibited. Or uncomfortable in your skin.
- If you find yourself staring at the fridge looking for something to eat when you aren’t hungry.
- If you react really strongly to unexpected news. You feel anxious.

My intention is for you to create a consistent practice that fits into your life so you can stay with it, and keep practicing!
By participating in this challenge you will get tools and techniques to create a regular practice. And once you start practicing regularly, you will see progress. You will be on track to a better way, for good!
