    In order to get it right when pairing prints and patterns, you’ll want to pay attention to certain guidelines.

    Print Mixing Guidelines

    1. Treat dots, stripes and animal prints as neutrals
    2. Keep your colors complementary
    3. Don’t do dense prints with other dense prints. Mix in a sparse print instead.
    4. To avoid getting to match-y match-y, you’ll want to include variation if you’re mixing similar prints.
