As I scout out new workouts for my exercise routine, I’m finding there’s a lot of emphasis on HIT or High Intensity Training. This is great when I’m up for the challenge, but I don’t always want that crazy burn. Some days I want to build muscle by working with my own body weight and less intensity.
This low impact, high power workout is on the GymRa channel. Led by Christine Khouri, it goes through two rounds of a four exercise series that includes squats, lunges and low impact cardio. But most importantly, it was tough enough for me to break a sweat which is something I’m always trying to do with my workout.
