Okay, I’ll just say it — I get caught up in the day to day, and so often lose track of the things that matter. I run around from errand to activity to everything else taking no time to really feel what’s happening. I’ve created this lifestyle of action that’s custom tailored to me. Yet, I easily ignore the opportunities that call to just BE!
I do try meditating daily for 10 mins. Some days it’s a success. Other times, not so much. Regardless, the intention is alive — to be still, to tune into my body, and to quiet my mind.
Lately, since the holidays I’ve been feeling sluggish which is way different than slowing down. It’s as if I’m living in a fog. So in order to restore my energy I’m on a cleanse. Not to lose weight. But to gain a deeper sense of myself. To recall the purity that exists within. And bounce back with a brighter glow.
