Your Edgy Style Needs This

If your midlife style has become a bit of a bore, and you’re craving an edgy style…

    Here’s what to know:

Your desire to be edgy isn’t about black leather or silver chains.

It’s about not wanting to feel like you’ve aged out of relevance.

But simply dressing edgier isn’t enough.

You have to be edgier — push the boundaries of your usual to reveal a bolder, more dynamic version of yourself.

Hit play on the video below to hear more on an edgy style in midlife.

How to have an edgy style

You have to do doing things differently.

Like, if you usually go simple with your accessories, try making a statement.

If you only wear dark bottoms, try color.

That’s what my client did. She’d always followed the rule to hide her lower half — no prints, no patterns, no color — because that’s where she carried her weight.

But that started to feel limiting.

So we tried something new: wide-leg, lightweight patterned pants. Bold, unexpected, and perfect for summer.

Her first instinct was, “I can’t wear those.

But that’s exactly why I wanted her to try them.

She wasn’t going to feel edgy by following the same old rules.

Being edgy is about being brave.

Sometimes, it’s the one piece that makes you say, “I don’t know if I can pull this off…” that actually pulls you forward.

So consider this: what if you were the woman others look at and think, “I wish I was brave enough to wear that”?

It’s absolutely possible, and it starts with just one bold move.

What’s one piece you keep skipping over because it feels like… too much?

That might be your edge calling.
