If you’re stressing that it’s time to get into a bathing suit because you never feel quite right in swimwear, these 5 tips are going to help you feel more comfortable, confident even, despite the fact you don’t have a bikini body.
First off, let’s explain what this is, a bikini body, because my definition may be different than what you’re thinking.
The Body That Wants To Wear 2 Pieces
A woman with a bikini body is someone who feels comfortable in her skin, and opts for a two piece bathing suit instead of a one piece.
Right now, this is not me. I go for the one piece. I was a bikini body a few years ago. And I may become one again…if I find the right bikini that I like. But for now, I’m good as a whole piece.
So you may not be one right now either, but that could always change…if you choose.
Hot Fun In The Summertime
Regardless, if you’re in summer mode, then beach or pool time may be on your calendar, and getting into a swimsuit is part of that deal. Which is why feeling good in your bathing suit is going to make you a lot happier. (Plus you won’t swelter as you would if you stay all covered up in clothes that cause you to sweat.)

What a cool post with great advises, Elysha. Many of your tips are equally applicable to men as well. Just curious that do you styling for men?
