Creating a healthy morning routine will immensely improve your wellbeing for the rest of the day. When you wake up and immediately pick up your phone to start scrolling through the news and your social media feed, you’re setting yourself up to feel more stressed and less grounded. But, if you begin your morning with intention, and in a morning routine that connects you to your mind, body and soul, you’re better equipped to move into your day from a grounded sense of being. You’ll feel more calm!
There are many ways to start your day with intention, but the most important piece is that you engage in an that activity brings you deeper into yourself. Also, you want to do your morning routine in solitude because this will enable you to listen more closely, and become aware of the signs coming from your mind, body and soul. This is how we connect to our intuition. It’s how we become confident as we move through our lives.
In regards to how long your healthy morning routine should be, start with 10 or 15 minutes. I like to give myself 45 minutes to an hour, and this routine has become so embedded in my life that when I’m unable to do it (which happens sometimes because…life!) I feel off, more frazzled in the rest of my day.

I so much agree with you! Thank you for this reminder!
So true. How you start the morning is how the rest of your day will be.
Exactly, Michele. So start it well!!
