LOVE this topic, Elysha! I think you hit them all. Here’s my 2 cents: To be my best I try to accomplish some of the above in your Be My Best word cloud. But since I am flawed I know that the best I can aim for is practicing these skills MOST OF THE TIME. Aiming for ALL OF THE TIME is a non starter. I guess I cut myself some slack.
Oh also………. I keep a sense of humor.

    2. Oh… I adore this!! I have some things pasted on my wall when I had to go through therapy and transformation. Come to think of it, my wall needs a new uplift. Time to transform again! =)
My calendars are like this, too. You wake up in the morning and there staring at you are awesome words of inspiration. And gently, you begin to smile… even when half your arm is still asleep lol

I may post something like this – since I am really undergoing another transformation… whenever I get to it. I guess part of my transformation is silence from here – hahaha! xoxo

Love these, Elysha! Reminds me of my bathroom walls in our old home, covered in hand-scrawled quotes and inspirations. How I miss that! Hmmmm…we’d also been talking about doing something similar here in the new house, and I dropped the ball. Thanks for the reminder. I am back to focusing on being playful…and loosening up, e.g.: “let a little more string out on your kite.” (Alan Cohen) Thank you for the refreshing post. xxo

    4. ST, I remember reading about your bathroom walls in your old place! I bet it looked beautiful. And perhaps now that you’re in a playful phase, it could be a good time to get creative with some words and walls in your new place!! Thank you for being here, my friend! xo xo

    5. Maia, my calendars are like this too! All color coded and stuff. I’m such a visual person so seeing these colorful bursts of inspiration really resonate well with who I am. And I can imagine the transformation you’re going through with the Ashtanga TT!! I bet there’s a lot of shedding / break throughs happening with all that asana!! I look forward to seeing your post when it’s up. xo xo

    6. Hi GG! I try to do these whenever I can. It definitely helps to have it drawn out like this as a pretty reminder though…and it was such fun making it. Thank you for coming by and sharing your insight. PS: In my book, a sense of humor is essential.
