Something odd happened this morning — I woke up before the alarm. Before I could figure out what to do with my stolen time, I heard the little whispers stirring in the next room. M & G were up, too. Instead of jumping into the ole morning routine, I listened to what my body wanted to do. It wanted to practice yoga. So with the kids set up by my side, we proceeded to do 20 mins of sun salutations. That’s all it took. And you know what? It made ALL the difference! I feel like myself again.
