    Here’s the advice I’d give you as a stylist for 30 years… if I wasn’t afraid of hurting your feelings:

    1️⃣ Confidence comes easier when you like how you look.

    2️⃣ If you don’t like how you look, try seeing yourself differently—that’s how your self image starts to improve.

    3️⃣ Waiting for your “goal weight” will keep you stuck in clothes that make you feel worse.

    4️⃣ Saying ‘nothing works on me’ is a way to avoid learning what actually does.

    5️⃣ The goal isn’t to look younger, it’s to feel powerful and present in your clothes.

    6️⃣ Constant shopping usually means something’s missing, and clothes can’t fill that kind of gap.

    7️⃣ Holding onto clothes you don’t wear is often not wanting to admit you got it wrong.

    8️⃣ Your style is probably stuck because of an old rule that no longer applies.

    9️⃣ Dressing “safe” is often just fear of trying something unfamiliar. 

    🔟 If nothing in your closet feels right, it’s because you’ve changed, and your clothes haven’t.
