This home workout with Tracy Anderson is tough! While she has been on the fitness scene for sometime now; most notably for her work with Gwyneth Paltrow and other celebrities, I had never been to her studio, nor tried any of her home routines. So when I discovered there were workouts with her on youtube, I instantly headed over to check them out. There were a few cardio dance routines, but I decided to go with the toning butt and thighs because I have been trying to build more strength in these areas. I love that this workout is simple in that you don’t need any equipment (aside from a mat to protect your knees), and that it made my muscles burn with intensity.
