Look And Feel Your Absolute Best In 2018 With I Am Words

This simple, yet powerful practice using the words I AM helps you connect to your desires and instill confidence in your life to look and feel your best.

Last week I posted on goal setting and how to get what you really want in 2018. It was about figuring out what you want to achieve, and what you need to do in order to achieve it.

This week I’m honing in on your mindset for 2018, and the one thing you can do to get aligned with how you want to look and feel for the rest of the year.

Before a client meets with me in our 1:1 session, they must refine and clarify exactly the way they want to look and feel in their lives. By doing this simple, yet powerful practice incorporating the words I AM, they are able to connect to their desires and instill more confidence in their lives.

The words I AM have long been used for empowerment and manifestation. And it’s something you can do anywhere and anytime to experience the benefits.

This simple, yet powerful practice using the words I AM helps you connect to your desires and instill confidence in your life to look and feel your best.

Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit still.
Close your eyes and allow your breath to fill your body.
Breathe in deeply, breathe out deeply.
Now think of 3 words to describe the way you want to look and feel in 2018.
Allow the feeling of these words to seep into your body.
Don’t overthink it. Just go with whatever comes into your mind.
Do you want to look and feel put together?
Do you want to look and feel sexy?
Do you want to look and feel fabulous?
Now it’s time to add these words onto your I AM statement.
I AM Put Together.
I AM Sexy.
I AM Fabulous.
Say this mantra 3 times and allow the words to fill your mind, body and soul.
When you’re finished, sit quietly and absorb the effects of the meditation and affirmation.

If you do this little practice once a day, I promise it will shift your mindset so you’re in alignment with how you want to look and feel in 2018.
